I came across Xtra-PC just before I decided to throw out my old, dead Dell Inspiron. Could not load Windows any more, the hard drive was erratic. Following the very simple installation instructions, it was up and running. am delighted with this little gadget. I have to say that this works fantastic with very little trouble during set up. I used this on a 10 year old Samsung laptop and once I inserted it into the USB port it started working almost immediately. I quickly noticed that this old laptop was working about 10X FASTER. Just too easy.
