Safety Alert: What Are The Health Risks Of Electromagnetic Fields?
Have you noticed your phone or laptop overheating more than usual lately?
That’s likely the cause of radiation – and it’s everywhere these days.
Modern devices like laptops, computers and WiFi networks are responsible for incredible amounts of radiation in our environment these days. The source of this radiation comes from Electromagnetic Fields, which are emitted constantly around the world.
It’s a big topic lately, especially with the introduction of 5G. But is it something you should be concerned about? Let’s find out.
Note: A few months ago, we covered 5G. A lot of you responded, which was great to see! We’ve done some further research since, and we’ve learned some interesting things. In fact, we were so fascinated, we even managed to partner with a really cool company that is doing something about this issue – more on that later!
What is Electromagnetic Field (EMF) Radiation?

EMF radiation is a form of non-ionizing radiation emitted by modern electrical devices. It’s particularly powerful in connected sources, like smart devices, phones, computers, and yes – cell towers, such as the ones being built for the upcoming global 5G network.
This radiation has grown excessively in recent years – far beyond any predictions made. In fact, radiation levels are currently 100 million times higher than they were 50 years ago!
This is likely due to the rapid growth in cell phone usage and modern devices. And to make matters more concerning, studies show that our bodies absorb EMF radiation like a sponge. It’s especially concerning when you consider the fact that children absorb 10X more EMF radiation than adults… and childhood cancer rates have risen by 27% since 1975.
So now for the big question…
Is EMF radiation harmful?
Bottom line: we don’t know.
On one hand, studies show EMF radiation is non-ionizing – which theoretically shouldn’t cause us harm. However, the studies that “proved” this may not be accurate – and they were taken many years ago.
On the other hand, studies and anecdotal reports both show a wide range of potential side effects from EMF radiation. These side effects include:
- Headaches.
- Sleep disturbances, including insomnia.
- Depression and depressive symptoms.
- Tiredness and fatigue.
- Dysthesia (a painful, often itchy sensation).
- Lack of concentration.
- Changes in memory.
- Dizziness.
Some experts deny these claims – but others say there’s a serious problem that we’re ignoring. Recently, 250+ scientists signed an appeal to the United Nations, asking them to restrict EMF and 5G developments.
They say the risk is too high, and we simply don’t know enough about EMF radiation. It’s a divisive issue – either give up our 5G and play it safe, or take the risk and deal with the fallout later.
That choice doesn’t sound great – especially to those of us who love our devices. So here at GiddyUp, we started looking for solutions… and we were quite proud to discover this one!
What can we do to reduce exposure?
Right now, it seems like you only have two options: eliminate devices in your life, or find a way to reduce the EMF levels they emit.
Because let’s face it: we don’t have any power to change the government’s mind. However, we can do something to protect ourselves.
We’re proud to be partners with an innovative company that noticed this problem… and decided to do something about it. They invented an anti-radiation device called smartDOT – and it’s a major breakthrough in personal EMF care.
What are smartDOTs
Simply put, a smartDOT is the world’s smallest and thinnest device that you stick to your phone, laptop, or other EMF-emitting devices.
When attached to your device, it uses quantum technology to reduce EMF radiation to a safe level – without causing problems with the device itself.
It’s the first (and only) solution of its kind, and it’s clearly working. Thousands of users are using smartDOTs already – and they’re already noticing a difference, including increased energy, better moods, and fewer headaches. And these are just a few examples of the many benefits that come when you reduce EMF radiation in your body.
(Editor’s note: We found similar results in our own tests. Now everyone in the office uses them!)
How do smartDOTs work?
You can think of smartDOTs as a “mute button” for radiation. It’s actually pretty simple…
Each smartDOT is made from a specially formulated low-powered magnet. This magnet uses a scientific process called “entrainment” to capture the radiation emitted by your device – which means the smartDOT neutralizes EMF radiation before it affects your body.8
SmartDOTs are waterproof and never expire or stop working. Once you have one on your device, you’re protected.
And because your smartDOT does NOT use electricity, the battery, speed, and performance of your devices won’t be impacted when using it – smartDOT will continue to filter EMF radiation entirely on its own.
What can you use smartDOTs for?
SmartDOTs are recommended for any device that emits high levels of EMF radiation.
The biggest sources of radiation are your mobile phones, laptops, Wi-Fi routers, smart meters, baby monitors, tablets and game consoles.
People often report that smartDOT gives them increased energy, making it a popular item among athletes and students.
Did you know? Children absorb 10X as much radiation as adults – and there are even studies linking EMF exposure to autism, childhood leukemia, and other diseases.
This is why smartDOT has become extremely popular among parents whose children actively use phones, tablets, computers, or video games.
Even better, the DOTs are waterproof and never expire or stop working. Once you have one on your device, you’re protected – a single smartDOT is enough to protect you and your family forever.
Are smartDOTs available to the public?
Yes, smartDOTs are now publicly available.
We first heard about smartDOTs from an EMF researcher, so now we use them on all our devices. They were still new then, so we were able to get ours for a special discount.
UPDATE: The SmartDOTs Discount Sale Is Back – Here’s Where You Can Get A Great Deal On Them
A reader has notified us that the smartDOTs discount sale is back. We can’t guarantee it will be available, but we’ll update this section if it stops… so if you’re reading this, you’re in luck.
Conclusion: The jury is still out on EMF Radiation… but it never hurts to be protected.
We’ve seen all sorts of studies now, and sadly, the bottom line is that nobody knows for sure what effects EMF radiation might be having on us.
That’s why we’re not taking any chances – we’re protecting ourselves in any way we can (with smartDOTs, but also by reducing our time near powerful devices like WiFi routers).
At the same time, we need to lobby for better research into this topic. 5G will certainly bring some incredible benefits, but it’s also an unprecedented source of this radiation – and it seems like we have no choice. It’s coming.
We will stay on top of this issue and continue reporting as we discover new information. If you have any questions or thoughts, please leave a comment below.
